Refined peanut oil is widely used in Thailand for its mild flavor and high smoking point. It’s perfect for frying, sautéing, and stir-frying, especially in Thai and Asian dishes. The oil adds a subtle nutty taste, enhancing the flavor of food without overpowering it. People use refined peanut oil for deep-frying crispy foods like spring rolls and chicken. It is available in most supermarkets and is preferred for its stability under high heat. Additionally, refined peanut oil contains heart-healthy fats and offers a longer shelf life compared to many other cooking oils.
